Pet travel paperwork, but make it less scary
PawPort is the checklist, the timeline, and the calendar reminders for flying internationally with your dog or cat. Totó approves.

Why PawPort exists
So, here's the thing about traveling abroad with a pet: the rules are not hard, they're just scattered. One government site says one thing, an airline says another, and your vet asks if you've done the USDA endorsement yet (you have not; you didn't know that was a thing).
I'm Guadalupe, and I came up with PawPort while organizing my own trip to Brazil with my dog, Totó. I've spent my career in startup operations, turning messy, deadline-heavy processes into systems, and international pet travel turned out to be exactly that. Vaccine windows, country-specific forms, a health certificate that has to be issued within a specific number of days before your flight. Miss one date and the whole plan wobbles.
Then I built PawPort while actually traveling, from SFO to Porto Alegre, with Totó napping next to me. So yes, we tested the stress levels firsthand.
What PawPort does
You tell us where you're going; we map out what needs to happen and when. Then you check things off as you go, and your status updates along the way.
Step-by-step timelines
Vaccines, paperwork, and USDA endorsement windows, in the right order.
Calendar reminders
Download an .ics file or send it straight to Google Calendar.
Dogs and cats
Starting with the US, Brazil, the UK, and the EU.
Quick sign-in
Google sign-in, so there's no new password to forget.
More countries and routes are coming. We're starting small on purpose and building one step at a time.
What PawPort covers today
- Five places: the United States, Brazil, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union (as one), for dogs and cats.
- Dates and steps come from official government sources, linked in each step so you can check them yourself.
- Airline rules are not included yet. Check with your airline directly.
What's next
Next up is a directory of USDA-accredited vets, so you're not cold-calling clinics to find out who can actually sign your paperwork. After that, we want to help you book the appointments too.
The bigger goal
Traveling with your pet shouldn't cost a fortune or require a spreadsheet and three browser tabs. We want to make it cheaper and a lot less stressful, so more people can take their best friend along.

Meet Totó
Totó is our mascot, our co-pilot, and (yes) the one flying the orange plane. Keep an eye out for his tips along the way; he has opinions about vaccine deadlines.
Built for SheBuilds on Lovable
PawPort was built for SheBuilds on Lovable, Season 04, from the road. It's a work in progress and it's going to keep changing. If you've flown with a pet and something tripped you up, let me know; that's exactly the stuff I want to build around.
Big hug,
Guadalupe 🐾
